Finca of just under a hectare located in a tranquil spot but under 3 km from the town of El Perello.

There are planning permissions in place to build an almacen (shed) of 28 m² with a cisterna for rain water collection with patio over.   The initial groundworks will soon be started for this.  The land surrounding is terraced with olive trees and some almond trees.  It is a very quiet spot and you feel really in nature with views of the surrounding hills with natural pine forest.

Already on the land is a small casita ( 20 m²) in an mainly flat area of around 1000 m² partly fenced which has been used for animals.
